What Is The Minimum Quantity Of The Order?

We need to look at your items and quantities (BOM/BOQ) required before we can advise as our products are on project basis or container basis (in bulk quantities).

How Long Do Your Import Products To Reach Malaysia?

Not all the items have the same delivery lead time, please furnish us the details of the required item. So that we can provide you with the more accurate details.

We Are Unable To Find Certain Items From Your Website, Do You Have It?

Can We Find Some Replaceable Parts In Your Website?

Once I’ve Placed The Order, Can I Make Any Changes?

We would advise that you check your items (including specification, quantity etc) are correctly ordered. Taking this into consideration, there will be no order cancellation.

30% upon confirmation and 70% prior to shipping.

Price quoted is in Ringgit Malaysia and excluded import taxes/duties.
