Hu Meng Xiang is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in engineering, construction, and industrial development, particularly within cleanroom and high-technology manufacturing sectors.

He holds an Executive MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and has completed advanced management studies at Tsinghua University. He is recognized for his strong strategic vision and leadership in driving business growth and organizational development.

Mr. Hu has founded and led multiple engineering and construction businesses, establishing a solid presence across China and expanding into international markets including Southeast Asia and the United States. Under his leadership, these businesses have successfully delivered projects in sectors such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing.
He plays a key role in guiding international expansion, strengthening operational capabilities, and supporting the development of high-quality engineering solutions in line with evolving industry standards.

As Chairman of Conwall Construction Industries Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Hu provides strategic direction and governance oversight, supporting the company’s growth and positioning as a regional engineering and construction partner.

Ng Boon Teik is an experienced engineering and construction professional with a strong track record in delivering large-scale
industrial and manufacturing facility projects, particularly within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors. He holds a Professional Master in Business Administration and brings extensive expertise in project management, cleanroom construction, and process utility systems.

He has led and delivered multiple high-value projects for multinational clients including Jinko Solar, Chipbond, Seagate, ASE, and Plexus, with project values reaching up to RM270 million. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, from design and tendering to construction and commissioning.

He possesses strong capabilities in managing high-technology semiconductor manufacturing facilities, supported by an established network of long-standing suppliers and subcontractors, enabling the efficient delivery of fast-track projects across both greenfield and brownfield developments.

As Chief Executive Officer of Conwall, he is responsible for overall corporate strategy, business growth, and operational leadership, driving the company’s expansion as a regional technology-driven engineering and construction partner.

Lim Chong Hin brings over four decades of experience in engineering, industrial construction, and project management, with extensive involvement in the development of manufacturing facilities for multinational corporations across the semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

He has held senior leadership positions overseeing business operations, regional engineering teams, and large-scale industrial projects. Notably, he served as General Manager for eight years at a KLSE-listed engineering company, where he led operational excellence, project delivery, and organizational growth. He has a strong track record in operational management, technical innovation, and client partnership development. His expertise spans plant engineering, cleanroom facilities, environmental control systems, and industrial process infrastructure.

At Conwall, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees operational execution, project delivery, and engineering coordination, supporting the company’s continued growth in delivering high-quality engineering and construction solutions to global industrial clients.
